Event Description

As summer approaches and interns begin to take their place within your organization, what do managers and executives need to do to identify and keep the very best? Using a real life case, we will walk through how one large technology company grappled to find and keep the best Millennial Interns. Specifically we found that there are three periods of time when interns are exposed to the organization that are absolutely critical. Technology connections, social media as well as face-to-face interpersonal interactions during these times must be balanced and attended to closely. Different aspects of Virtual Distance come alive during different times and relationship development with Millennial Interns. You will be very surprsied at our results! Join the session to learn how to secure the best for your company's future.
