Virtual Distance and Multitasking

I just wanted to add my own point about multitasking after today's Virtual Distance Revisited webinar. I’ve recently rolled off being a project manager for a virtual team engaged in outsourcing implementations and service delivery.  I hosted literally hundreds of virtual meetings during that assignment.  I know that many of the meeting attendees were multitasking during the meetings.  I never saw it as a breach of etiquette.  It was more a matter of their survival.  They had so much work to do,…See More
